The Wild Bluffs site was created to help give the community access to the information it needs to make decisions regarding development in this area. The Bluffs is an area of Global significance–it is the only remaining geological record of Earth’s last Ice Age.
There are many issues with safety, properties, wildlife, and the natural spaces in general where it has been difficult to obtain accurate information. The Wild Bluffs has been actively researching these issues, speaking with all levels of government, and other specialists in these areas. The overall mandate of the The Wild Bluffs is preservation and re-naturalization.
